WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW NOW

1. Use our messaging system
Make sure to communicate with clients via our messaging system and not external email. The time of replies affect your response rate and we can check things for you, give you support and reply on your behalf if needed.

​​​​​​2. Keep your content up-to-date
Review the content on your listing regularly. Your goal is to better emulate a normal inspection of your venue by providing better photos, videos and descriptions. See how you can improve it. Some venues get much more attention and bookings based on how well they present themselves on the Visit It pages. Also please let us know if any content on the site including packages and prices are out-of-date.

3. Be proactive to rank higher

Besides looking at the relationship and level of agreed commissions, we adjust your venue ranking based on how well your venue sells. This means we reward partners that are active and consistently reply back to enquiries quickly and continue to improve their listings.

4. Deposits are through MOW
All wedding deposits should be paid through My Overseas Wedding. We will usually deduct our agreed wedding package commissions first and send the remaining funds to you. Please note that the wedding package commission is non-refundable.
